Luxury hotel, it has great service, ideal location close to many restaurants and shopping. The a double room is brand-new with the A/C and the bathroom, for example. The best thing is location - really close to Bismarck, bars and conference center.

While the location is excellent, allowing easy access to downtown restaurants, the issues with the staff's handling of room availability were frustrating. The outdated rooms needed better maintenance. A simple shower adjustment was problematic, and noise from the trains was bothersome at night.

We really enjoyed our time at the Dakota Zoo, where the kids loved spotting adorable animals like miniature horses and exotic birds. The hotel itself had clean facilities, but we appreciated the proximity to fun local attractions for the family.
My children wanted better access to amenities like a microwave in the room. There was a lot of extra walking involved.

Families Beware: Communication Breakdown
Had a decent experience with the meals at the hotel restaurant. We had breakfast every day, and the waitstaff were on point-they were helpful and friendly. Really felt taken care of during our meals.
It wasn't cheap but still acceptable for what it was.
